“AC was acting up during an August week where you do not want your AC acting up. Called Kelvin to have someone take a look and diagnose the problem. Our technician showed up nearly an hour before their arrival window opened (!), quickly found the issue and thankfully it was simple enough to solve on the spot. Would use again and recommend. “EMERGENCY!!!! It was 94 degrees and the old girl went out on us. It was a simple capacitor repair BUT I needed it done ASAP, And KELVIN ANSWERED THE CALL~ They made an emergency trip to the house and arrived less than ONE HOUR after I called. The Tech was amazing and we had a good chat while he worked. He was in and out in no time! Sure $285.00 was a bit more than I expected to pay BUT I figured with this being an emergency call out, excessively hot, and they were very busy it would have an additional cost which was FINE with me. You get what you pay for… Now the house is cooling off and the family is happy, what is that worth? THX KELVIN HVAC!”
